Employee Spotlight: Melanie Sebastian
Meet Melanie Sebastian, Account Manager at Right Corner Consulting. Melanie, a.k.a. “Mel,” joined us six weeks ago and has a bright future ahead.
On a day-to-day basis, Mel is involved with her team in client acquisition and ensuring accounts are satisfactory to client needs. Aside from participating in morning and afternoon meetings with other managers to discuss what is working and what isn’t, she also offers suggestions to improve outreach to the community and team building.
It’s tough to put into words Mel’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring her on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for her efforts. Melanie has quite the reputation amongst employees who know her as well as among our clients.
Mel stands out in the office because she consistently brings a positive attitude and is attentive and impactful in conversations. Her goal is to continuously improve her work skills and find her leadership style as she learns how to delegate on her way to assistant management!
Another unique quality of Mel is that she brings a lot of love to the office, which is definitely Mel is also known for bringing a lot of love to the office during times of hectic work, not to mention her dance moves! She can bring light to any situation and is continuously steadfast in learning and improving her way of working to achieve her goals for the day/week! Her student mentality is fantastic!
After three weeks on the job, Mel took the opportunity to spend a week in Santa Maria with our team! This helped us maximize our clients’ outreach in the Central Valley! Not something that a lot of folks get to do so early on in roles, and she got herself a road trip and a promotion. During her time over there with our team, she was promoted to account management!
